How We Help

Connection. Information. Advocacy.

We understand the challenges of of dealing with chronic eczema. Our vision is for all Australians living with eczema to overcome difficulties and thrive in their community through connection, information and advocacy.

Our organisation is guided by these three guiding pillars:

  • Connect Australians affected by eczema to others to reduce feelings of isolation.

  • Inform and educate Australians affected by eczema to successfully manage their condition.

  • Advocate for practical support to improve the lives of Australians affected by eczema.

But most of all – We Care. We Listen. We Understand. We Act. We are here for you.

Support services

We are continually growing our support services. Check out our Eczema Resource Library or contact us for more information on how we can help. Here are some examples of our support in action:

Adults with eczema

Connect with others that truly understand life as an adult with eczema through our closed Facebook group, online events and access to free resources and services.

Families with eczema

Eczema is very itchy and can become a major source of frustration, sleep deprivation and despair for the child and their whole family unit.

Support is available. We have many resources to assist families, including our video series, Practical Parenting for Eczema Families. Review our website resources for more support and services. Connect with our closed Facebook group for families. Contact us directly for additional support.

Teenagers with eczema

As a topic that is not often discussed, it can be difficult to navigate through the emotional, physical and psychological affects eczema can have during the turbulent teenage years.

Eczema Support Australia is here to support teenagers through connection to our platform “itchY – Teenagers with Eczema”. Connect with our closed Facebook group for teens and follow us on Instagram and Facebook.
